1. **Sales Policy**: All sales are final and non-refundable unless the item is found to be faulty. Each item is individually inspected to ensure it is free from faults before postage.       

2. **Reselling Policy**: Reselling of any products on platforms or shops, including but not limited to Vinted, eBay, and Amazon, is strictly prohibited.

3. **Copying Policy**: Copying or creating plushies that closely resemble our designs is not allowed. 

4. **Customer Service**: If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact our customer service team to resolve any issues.

5. **Gift Policy**: Items that are gifted for free cannot be resold. 

6. **Intellectual Property**: All products are designed solely by myself (Owner of SnuggleSprogs) and created by one sole company under Snuggle Sprogs instruction. Any unauthorised replication or reproduction of products is prohibited.
